Join us in revolutionizing the way people move, and be at the forefront of strategic impact within the evolving mobility landscape; We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Development Coordinator to join our EMEA mobility business in building a small cities field acquisition team. Our main objective is to grow supply in 120 cities across 13 countries. In this case, you'll focus on growth in medium cities in Belgium. The Development coordinator is a unique role with a focus not only on commercial and prospecting aspects but also on strategic marketing and development of our activities in Belgium. As Development coordinator, you will ensure that our supply meets the demand by conducting proactive outreach, market visits, and strategic initiatives to sell our client’s value proposition to prospective drivers. What you’ll do:

  • Participate in market visits to generate driver leads.
  • Conduct informative sessions with current and prospective Uber drivers to sell Uber's value proposition.
  • Engage in campaigns to prospective drivers or newly signed up drivers.
  • Manage interactions with existing and prospective drivers to understand their needs, concerns, and goals, pitching Uber as a solution.
  • Support drivers through the sign-up process and ensure they're ready to take their first trips soon after.
  • Manage strategic partnerships with third-party organizations to enhance driver acquisition and engagement.
  • Act as the voice of the customer , capturing insights at every opportunity.

Jouw profiel

  • Active knowledge of Dutch, French and English (don't need to be perfect but dare to have a small conversation in those 3 languages)
  • Previous experience in a client facing position (hospitality, Customer Support,...)
  • Highly self-motivated & autonomous: understand what their goals are, strive to find more efficient ways of getting things done, and don’t require constant reminders to complete tasks
  • Action oriented: ability to take practical action to deal with a problem or situation.
  • People person: you love talking to people and getting them excited.
  • Adaptable: ability to stay poised and organized in a fast-paced work environment.
